We were moving from out of town into a new area, and Nancy was recommended to us. She was so helpful in leading us to find the best house for our family. First of all, we appreciated her friendly attitude. She was positive and confident that we would find what we needed and in our price range. Secondly, she seemed to really understand what we were looking for and the amount of work we were willing to put into a home. She helped us see the "potential" of what is now a beautiful home! Lastly, she walked us through all the steps of buying and closing on our home, even though we were "out of town buyers" purchasing from an "out of town seller"!
